- Rope Added to tutorial area in both Chancy and Semdea. Capture quests require it, so it's only fitting you have the chance to get it right off the bat.
- Normalized the price of Chancy/Semdea newbie gear. (Semdea was overpriced at 20/40, now all 15 like chancy).
